Christine Zeihen
W.M. Grace Development Co.
Christine Zeihen has worked for W.M. Grace Development Co. (“Grace”) since 1995 when she was hired as the Chief Financial Officer. Christine has over 25 + years of real estate experience in development of commercial, residential, multi-family, office, resort and golf courses. Negotiated and closed real estate financing transaction for construction, permanent, bridge, bond and letter of credits with various lending institutions. Engaged in strategic implementation of acquisition, disposition and development of real estate. Develop business relationship with financial institutions, investors, partners and clients with a sense of trust and integrity.
Previous to her employment at Grace, Christine worked with Gosnell Development Company since the early 1980’s where she held many positions while working and going to college. Upon graduating, she took the position of Controller responsible for accounting/financing for mixed used projects including resorts, residential, apartments, office and golf courses.
Christine graduated in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Christine is a licensed real estate broker and is Designated Broker for owned company, Biltmore Realty Advisors, LLC.
Christine’s community involvement includes 2008-2009 President – Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, Urban Land Institute, ICSC, Valley Partnership, Brokers for Kids, ASU Alumni, Arthritis Foundation, Home Base and Arizona Family Hope.
Major responsibilities include: Report to the Owners and collaborate in the formulation and implantation of corporate strategy including financing, development, acquisition and disposition of real estate. Evaluate financial viability of new development projects and potential acquisitions through proforma analysis. Responsible for on-going project budget and cost analysis. In conjunction with the Project Manager assist in the pre-development stages from acquisition, entitlements, development to completion of projects.

Philip Hamilton
Rencor Development
Philip Hamilton joined Rencor Development at the beginning of 2009. His primary focus is the acquisition of commercial projects which includes both improved properties and land for future development. He holds two Master degrees as well as the CPM, RPA and CCIM designations and has worked for companies such as Gerald D. Hines Interests, Trammell Crow Company and Opus. |

Chapin Bell
PB Bell Companies
R. Chapin Bell is President of the PB Bell Companies, which focuses on several areas of the multi-family industry in Arizona: management of approximately 5,000 units in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas; development and acquisition of apartment communities in the state; processing of condominium conversions; and general contract construction services for PB Bell-developed communities and third party developers. PB Bell also focuses on “for sale” condominium developments. Bell, a licensed real estate agent with over 14 years of industry experience, oversees the daily operations of the management and development arm of the company. He was the 2007 Chairman of the Arizona Multihousing Association, and has also chaired the Political Action Committee (AMAPAC) and Finance, Government Affairs, Phoenix Education Conference, Strategic Planning and Trade Show committees and Family Transitional Housing Subcommittee for the Arizona Multihousing Association. He is currently on the Board of Directors and Facilities Committee for UMOM New Day Center Homeless and Transitional Shelter for families. |

Cheri Brady
First American Title Insurance Company
Cheri Brady is Vice President and Southwest Regional Sales Manager for the National Commercial Services division of First American Title Insurance Company, an international provider of title and information related products and services and the longest established Arizona title insurance underwriter.
Ms. Brady began her title and escrow career in 1977 in Boise, ID. In 1987 she moved to San Diego, CA to take the position of VP, Regional Director for HomeFed Bank’s Escrow Department where she managed the activities of a region with 6 branches. In March of 1993 Ms. Brady moved to Phoenix, AZ and joined the First American family as a commercial sales professional. During her 17 years with First American she has worked in both the National Commercial Services and Home Builder divisions.
Ms. Brady currently serves on the Compass Bank Advisory Board (2004 to present), recently completed her second term on the Board of Valley Partnership (2002 to 2009) and prior to that term chaired its State Legislative Committee where she followed legislation that affects our real estate community. She served as a Director for The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties of Arizona (NAIOP) from 1994 to 2008 and chaired the Public Affairs Committee. In 2001 she was appointed to the National NAIOP State and Local subcommittee that focused on development issues nationwide. Ms Brady serves as a Director for the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) from 2000 to present and is an Honorary Commander of the 310 Fighter Squadron at Luke Air Force Base (2009 to 20011).
Ms. Brady earned a B.S. of Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Her life partner is Dr. Reed H. Day, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and has a son who recently graduated from Arizona State University. Ms Brady enjoys golf and wine collecting as hobbies. |

Flagstone Capital specializes in providing consulting services and capital market solutions for real estate ventures. Mr. Heath’s real estate career in finance, development, brokerage and property management spans 21 years. Mr. Heath is a graduate of Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. He is the Founder and Past President of the Real Estate Investment and Advisory Council (REIAC) of Arizona. Mr. Heath is married with three children. |

T.A. Shover is the Director of Leasing and Sales for DMB’s Commercial Division. T.A.’s main responsibilities are more than one million square feet of commercial holdings which includes such notable projects as Market Street at DC Ranch, newly completed DC Ranch Crossing, which is anchored by an AJ's Fine Foods, Centerpoint on Mill and One Scottsdale. Future projects also include the retail and
commercial components in DMB’s latest planned development Mesa Proving Grounds in Mesa, AZ.
Prior to joining DMB, Shover contributed to the development of Troon North in Scottsdale, Palm Valley in Goodyear, and over 3,000 acres of commercial real estate holdings across the western United States.
T.A. received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Menlo College, in Melno Park, California.
Shover is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC), as well as an active volunteer for various community organizations.
T.A. resides in Scottsdale with his wife, Julie, and their two boys, Kellen and Jasen. |

Todd Jarman

Todd Jarman joined BBVA Compass in 2009 as the manager of the Phoenix Commercial Real Estate Group. Todd has over 13 years of real estate banking experience, specializing in both construction and bridge financing for multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties. Todd is responsible for underwriting, structuring and closing CRE loan requests, as well as the ongoing monitoring of the loan
portfolio. In his current role, Todd is responsible for the Bank’s calling efforts in both Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT.
Previous to his employment at BBVA Compass, Todd spent over 10 years with Wachovia Bank. Todd began his career with Wachovia in his hometown of Atlanta, GA as a junior CRE Relationship Manager. In 2005, Todd moved to Phoenix, AZ as the Site Manager for Wachovia’s new Commercial Real Estate “LPO” covering the Mountain West. In 2008, Todd was promoted to Director and became the Western Regional Head of Underwriting, managing a $5.5 Billion book of CRE loans across offices located in California, Arizona and Texas.
Todd and his wife, Polly, are the proud parents of three children, Wesley, Parker and Emmie. Outside of the office, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors with his family (“adventures” as his kid’s call it) – hiking, camping and exploring our beautiful state. Todd is also an avid motorcyclist who loves the “twists and turns” of Northern Arizona. Todd is a die-hard Georgia Bulldog fan, and holds both a bachelor’s degree, as well as an MBA, from The University of Georgia. |

Scott Holland

Scott Holland is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a managing partner of Keystone, Scott is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Scott has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1991. He has worked as both a lender with a life insurance company and credit company
as well as representing numerous life insurance companies, pension funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in financing commercial real estate projects.
Prior to forming Keystone, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined GMAC when the company purchased Keystone Mortgage Partners in 2001, a private mortgage banking company where Scott was a Commercial Mortgage Banker since 1998. Scott earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is an active member of various industry groups such as NAIOP and MBA. Scott is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. |
