Tyler Keenan is a member of Dentons’ Real Estate group, where he focuses on the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and disposition of commercial real estate.

Tyler has represented national and global entities as lead counsel in multi-family, office, retail and mixed-use transactions, which projects include joint ventures, ground-up construction, development and financing, easements and declarations, triple-net and ground leases, and related due diligence, title and survey review.

Prior to focusing on transactional law, Tyler litigated complex commercial disputes providing him with a well-rounded perspective into best practices for reducing risk and legal liability exposure.
