Jon Uhlir is a Sales & Relationship Manager for the National Commercial Services Division of First American Title Insurance Company where he is responsible for sales, client relationship management and business development. Mr. Uhlir and his Team specialize in multi-site/multi-state portfolio transactions for all property types on a national basis. Since joining First American in 2005, he has closed over 2,500 commercial transactions throughout the United States.
Mr. Uhlir has been involved in commercial real estate transactions for twenty five years as an in-house corporate real estate executive and as a service provider. Prior employers include Trammell Crow Company, Carter & Associates, AFC Enterprises and YUM Brands. Mr. Uhlir’s transaction experience includes site acquisitions & dispositions, office leasing & subleasing, and strategic portfolio management for clients such as Bank of America, AGL Resources, BellSouth, Yum Brands, and Per-SE Technologies.
Mr. Uhlir is on the Board of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and is an active member of Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA) where he served on the Board for Five years. Jon Uhlir is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation as well as his Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
Jon Uhlir is a graduate of Auburn University where he received his B.S. in Finance and DePaul University where he received an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance.
